5. DELETION OF DATA AND STORAGE PERIOD

We send newsletters only with the consent of the recipients. Furthermore, we send out information on current market events, report on news from our company and invite you to events.
By registering for an event, you agree to receive and follow our procedures. Registration for our mailings is done in writing.
After registration they will receive the mailings until revoked. We log registrations for our mailings to comply with legal requirements. You can unsubscribe from our mailings at any time, then email us at office@capscale-group.com to unsubscribe. We will then delete your data that we have processed in connection with the shipment.
8. DATA IN FORMS
If the opportunity for the input of personal or business data (email addresses, name, addresses) is given, the input of these data takes place voluntarily. Information transmitted will be used by Capscale Group GmbH exclusively for the processing of the respective enquiry and the execution of the requested service. 9. TRANSMISSION OF ORDER DATA
The sending of many / large order data is done by e-mail or online via WeTransfer. Data. Data sent via WeTransfer is automatically deleted after a certain period of time.
